Mitsubishi Air Conditioning System MULTI MXZ-4A80VA Wall mounted 8Kw
Hi and thank you for looking here. This listing is for a'Mitsubishi Electric' MULTI outdoor unit Model: MXZ-4A80VA (2006.10 year version). It is in good all round condition and has been recently removed from a small office in London.
It has had little use. Cooling Duty 8 Kw and Heating at about 8.5 - 9 Kw. This is a 4 circuit outdoor unit..
It is supplied with 1 x Indoor wall mounted MSZ-GB50VA (5Kw) wall mounted fan coil unit (and remote controller). It originally had another wall mounted fitted on the system too: which was a MSZ-GB35VA (3.5Kw) but this was damaged on site.
So if you can find another suitable indoor unit then you have a good system. NOTE: This is a 1ph 230v outdoor unit. The unit has the original factory charge of 3.5Kg R410a inside it and the ends all sealed. This will enable a runs of up to 30m to be accommodated without further charging. It will work fine with just the one indoor unit fitted (but only at 5Kw duty).
This system will need to be installed and. By a qualified F-Gas Registered Engineer and the pipework required 3/8 and 1/4 amd 1/2 and 1/4 plus 4 core 1.5mm cabling between the two. Also Power supply to outdoor unit.If installed by our Engineers (At Extra cost). We can supply all pipework, insulation, cabling and drain etc if required (at extra cost).
These outdoor units are no longer available - so it may even be good as a system swap over if you have a faulty outdoor unit.
