This is a 2014 Year system and will heat and cool Ideal for Large office areas, open plan layouts. Cooling Duty 10 Kw and Heating at about 11Kw. The PUHZ outdoor unit is their Power Inverter Type Unit - High Efficiency. The unit has the original factory charge of 5Kg R410a inside it and the ends all sealed. This will enable a run of up to 30m to be accommodated without further charging. This unit has a maximum pipe length of 60m with additional charge. This system will need to be installed and commissioned by a qualified F-Gas Registered Engineer and the pipework required 5/8 and 3/8 plus 4 core 1.5mm cabling between the two.

Power supply to outdoor unit. This unit was removed in November by myself a qualified fgas engineer the unit has come from a very clean environment and is in very good condition I have fully serviced the unit all coils have been disinfected with coil cleaner.
