Here we have a USED - Late 2008'MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC' 25 Kw (Heating and Cooling) outdoor PUHZ-RP250YHA2 condensing Unit (3 Ph 400v Power). This has been recently removed from a London Office - it was installed to serve. A AHU via a PACi interface controller. We have de-commissioned it (December 2018) and the system has been'Vacced out' all valves sealed off. It All works OK and these are very good units.

Ideal as a replacement outdoor unit or for spares. This unit was operational on the day that we de-commissioned it.

I do have the interface device also if needed (extra). Note: The unit is currently on a vacuum BUT i can charge it with R410a (7.1Kg) if you need it charged for an extra cost. You can collect this item or i can deliver for you. If you want it delivered outside of UK mainland i.
