Hi and thank you for looking here. This listing is for a complete Mitsubishi Electric'Floor Standing - Cabinet Type' Heat Pump 12.5Kw duty. This is a 2016.01 Year system (The indoor unit is a 2014.08 model but matched system) and will heat and cool very very efficiently Ideal for Showrooms, Workshop or large Marquee / Industrial areas that require a nice cool breeze or warming. Cooling Duty 12.5Kw and Heating at about 14Kw. The system will comprise of. 1 x PSA-RP125KA (Same as GA) Floor Standing indoor unit (Approx : 190 cm High x 60 cm wide x 35cm deep). 1 x PUHZ-P125YHA (3ph 400v) outdoor condensing unit (2016.01 Year) which is in excellent condition. Above fitted complete with built in LCD controller.
NOTE: This is a 3ph 400v outdoor unit, so you will need to have a suitable three phase supply available. (it will not run from 1 ph 230v) The pictures of the indoor unit show two units'Back to back' this is for storage only - so the indoor unit will be half the depth shown.
A Condensate pump is located in the base of the unit to remove waste water from cooling - this will need to be connected and wired up accordingly if you need to use it. The unit has the original factory charge of 4.5 R410a inside it and the ends all sealed. This will enable a run of up to 30m to be accommodated without further charging. This system will need to be installed and. By a qualified F-Gas Registered Engineer and the pipework required 5/8 and 3/8 plus 4 core 1.5mm cabling between the two.
