This listing is for ONE x Mitsubishi Electric'Y' Series 2 pipe (heat Pump) PUHY-RP300JYM-B (or 250 or 200 size - i have all available) (Units vary in age from 2015.03 to 2016.10 Year) Outdoor VRF Condensing Unit ONLY - All from the same Location. We de-commisisoned them and took them all out (They are the'Replace Multi - series). The listing is only for ONE outdoor unit complete.
BUT i have the following: 7 x Units in all available 3 x 300 size, 4 x 250 size and 1 x 200 size - all between 2015.03 year and 2016.10 year. Cooling Duty Varies between the sizes. We de-commissioned these and in pretty perfect condition.
Very little used, clean tirdy, a few marks here and there but generally an excellent system ready to go. Ideal as the outdoor unit. The unit has done very little work and therefore in very good condition. The unit has been de-commissioned on site and all the refrigerant removed.
It was then evacuated off site at our. Warehouse and sealed off (Circuit on deep Vacuum) The unit will need to have a charge added when it is connected to indoor units and commissioned etc. NOTE: This is a 3ph 400v outdoor unit, so you will need to have a suitable 3 phase 400v supply available. The City Multi Y Series makes use of a two pipe refrigerant circuit throughout, with the choice of either Branch Pipe or Header Pipe feeds to indoor units, with manual changeover from cooling to heating to ensure that a constant indoor climate is maintained. A highly efficient R410A scroll compressor design results in less friction losses at the motor.A simplified refrigerant circuit (low-pressure loss) including new a accumulator design adds a few more points to the efficiency scale. Enhancements to the heat interchange circuit, an inverter driven fan motor and a heat exchanger design using a new N Groove System improves the overall system efficiency and COPs. Developments in fan blade shape and weight have managed to achieve and even higher performance and lower noise levels.
The City Multi system provides a modular approach to air conditioning requirements providing an ideal solution for new build, refurbishment projects and phased installations. The wide range of indoor units include ducted, ceiling cassettes, wall mounted, ceiling suspended and floor mounted. The City Multi series can be remotely controlled and monitored through MELANS, Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning Network Solution. This system allows access via a LAN connection and alterations to operation times and temperatures can be made.
