Hi and thank you for looking here. This listing is for a Mitsubishi Electric PUMY-P1112VKM1 VRF System Complete (2014.12 year). Plus all the indoor units which were attached to it originally: i. You can obviously add additional indoor units to this system if you need to, but this was all that was connected on this particular system. Also: 1 x Wall Mounted LCD Controller.
The system originally operated as one system, hence the one controller. But you can install controllers to each indoor unit if needed.Refnet or T-Joint kits will be required for the pipework but these cna be obtained easily. For additional info you can view. This system would be ideal for a good size office space / Shop or Retail space / Workshop etc perhpas an open work space.
With additional controller each indoor unit will have its own control / temp and fan speed. Only one indoor unit will have the ability to change the system from heat mode to cool mode though. I can supply additional controllers (extra cost) if needed.
A Good System and ready to go. Indoor units are all in very good clean condition and all with back mounting plates and. Some of the covers have slight scratches and marks BUT these can be fairly easily replaced with new from Mitsi if needed. The condensing unit is in good condition BUT we had to remove via a small window so it has some sliding marks on one side BUT nothing that will cause any issue. Total Cooling Duty of the system is approx: 12 Kw Cooling at about 12.8 Kw Nominal Heating. The unit has been de-commissioned on site and all the refrigerant removed. It was then evacuated off site at our. Warehouse and charged with the full factory charge of 4.8 Kg of R410a.Additional gas charge may be required depending on the installed pipework run. This will need to be installed by a F-gas AC Engineer with some knowledge of Mitsi City multi commisisoning and set up.
