Hi, This is a USED but in very good condition (a few small scuff marks etc) 8.5Kw (30000 Btu/hr) Low Wall or floor standing type'Inverter Heat Pump' system complete, ready to install. This would be ideal for a large conservatory or sun lounge where it gets far too warm (or cold) The system was installed in October 2010 and has only seen very light use during summer removed from a clean office environment in Feb 2018. All works fine and full gas charge is inside the outdoor unit for up to 30m interconnecting run. The back of the outdoor unit coil says it all - Its very clean!! This will cool during the summer and also provide very economical heating during the winter months...

Heating output is approx 10Kw System will comprise of the indoor unit : ABYA30LBT (2010) Outdoor Condensing unit: AOYA30LFTL (2010) 220v 1ph 50Hz (32 amp supply required) Factory Charge of 2.1Kg orf R410a inside the unit. 1 x Hand Held Wireless remote Controller The indoor and outdoor units all have flare nuts fitted and ends all sealed.
