Daikin VRV System Complete 28Kw 3 off FXSQ80M Ducted Air Conditioning units
This is a listing for. 1 x Daikin VRV11 REYQ8M7W1B (2005) series 2 - Heat Pump (3 pipe) (Simultaneous heating and cooling) system complete with THREE indoor ducted units (9Kw Each) and all Refnet joints, BS Boxes and Controllers required. Its a R410a System and has been installed and working since 2006 (not very often i might add). The outdoor unit is in very good condition although the coil has become a little knocked about - but still in very good condition and just needs a bit of TLC.
This unit has a total cooling duty of approx 25 to 28 Kw and Heating duty of approx same, or slightly higher at 30Kw. Its: 3 phase 380 to 415v 50 Hz. Size of outdoor unit: Height 1600mm x 780mm x 960mm. 3 x Indoor Units are all: FXSQ80M7V1B - All have 3 x 200mm outlets - 2 have standard return air grilles and the other has a 3 x 200mm inlet cowl fitted for return air.
3 x BS Boxes (3 pipe) are BSVQ100MV1 - All good condition. 3 x Controllers (New Type will be supplied).
Pipework from outdoor unit will be 3/4 suction 3/8 liquid and 5/8 discharge - dropping down to 5/8 and 3/8 for each ducted unit. (1/2 discharge after first refnet). Diagram available for piping schematic. It has been removed by Engineers Professionally and all pipework sealed and capped off, refrigerant R410a contained within system at approx 10.5 Kg.
