Hi, and thank you for looking here. This Listing is for a'USED' Daikin 5Kw (17000 Btu/Hr) Hi Wall Mounted - Type'Inverter Heat Pump' SYSTEM. Heating or Cooling System complete. Ideal for Bedroom, lounge or even'Man Cave', Garage, shop, pffice etc etc. Will include the following items. Complete with mounting plate and connections at the rear. Hand Held Controller (Infra Red Type). Outdoor Inverter Heat Pump Condensing unit (230v 1ph) (High Efficiency), small scuffs and some signs of removal etc (but that is expected) Generally in very good condition though on panel. You will also receive'Free of charge' a 6m pipework kit (if you need a longer Pipe kit contact me and i will price it for you) of insulated and flared 1/4 & 1/2 Copper, 8m of 4 core interconnecting cable (between indoor and outdoor) plus some insulation tape, cable ties etc. If you need wall brackets for the outdoor unit, condensate drain pipe, condensate pump kits etc then also contact me as these can all be supplied at extra cost too.
So along with the pipe kit this is offered at a good price and will work (unlike some of the cheap ac units online at the moment) for years to come. The system will ideally need installing professionally by a F-Gas registered Engineer, Installing these is not too bad BUT you will need vac pump and pressure testing equipment and commissioning by a F-Gas Engineer. The Pipe sizes needed 1/4 and 1/2. We can install this system too but only within 25 Miles of Paddock Wood, Kent. This will cool or heat an area of about 25 to 35 M2 so will easily accomodate most large bedroom and possibly lounges too.
This is the larger size system that we install to Bedrooms, normally we install either a 2.5 or 3.5Kw system in bedrooms. They work very well (you can also install on a landing area to provide cool air to a few bedrooms if need be). Refrigerant Charge: This system is pre-charged with the factory charge of R410a Refrigerant and will be suitable for a pipework run from 3m to 15m. Subsequently the installation of this item can only be performed by a qualified F-Gas engineer.
We maintain records of all sales of any of our equipment and evidence should be provided to us that installation of same is performed by a suitably qualified Engineer holding current'F-Gas' certification. We - as part of'Chillmech Ltd' hold our own F-Gas Certification which we are happy to provide at any time. Collection possible but you will obviously need a van.
