The unit has some scratches and marks on it from when it has been stored away, all working fine and the unit still pumps out tonnes of cold air! It's a little dusty. I have seen the cooling capacity listed on UK websites as both 15,000 BTU and also 11,300 BTU, it seems to depend on the measurement used....
On the back it says 11300 but if you Google the model no it's 15000? But it cools our lounge / diner fine.
