It has different fan speeds or an auto mode, can be used as a normal fan or heater (although I've only used it as an air conditioning unit). You can change the temperature and fan speed and it has a swing setting and sleep mode as well.

It's in very good condition, looks like new. Even still has the selophane over the top buttons sectin. It's not been overused but I've had it on numerous times during the summer and it really works. I do also have a zip up window cover that attached to windows that open outwards with a hinge on the left or right.
I put the pipe pointing through that and zip it shut.
