Hi and thank you for looking. This listing is for a Mitsubishi Electric'Tall' Cabinet Type - Floor Standing 12.5Kw (43000 Btu/hr) Split system. Heat Pump, using the'Super high Efficiency' ZRP outdoor unit. These units are pretty rare and dont come up that often - so don't hang around.
The indoor model number: PSA-RP125GA (Year 2012 - May). The outdoor unit model: PUHZ-ZRP125VKA (Year 2012 - November). A built in LCD controller is fitted (as standard) to the front of the unit. Not installed until Feb 2013, and has only been run for a couple of summers in a event area of the building, so little used.
And now looking for a good home. Both the indoor and outdoor units have been removed carefully and the full gas charge is stored within the outdoor unit. This system would be ideal for a good size office space / Shop or Retail space / Workshop etc perhaps an open work space. Total Cooling Duty of the system is approx: 12.5 Kw. 12.8 Kw Nominal Heating. This will need to be installed by a F-gas AC Engineer with some knowledge of Mitsi City multi commisisoning and set up.NOTE: This is a 1ph 230v outdoor unit, so you will need to have a suitable 32 amp supply available (Min). We can install this system for you if need be BUT you will need to provide information to me firstly so i can get an idea of what is required. So grab yourself a bargain while i have available.
