Hi Thank you for looking here. We have available a VERY NICE'Mitsubishi Electric' The best!! 10Kw (35000 Btu/hr) Heating and cooling Air conditioning system. Providing almost 10Kw cooling and 11Kw Heating at full load. NOTE: This is a 1ph 230v System with power supply required to outdoor unit.
We removed this system in April 2019 from a Solicitors office suite in London, it has not done a lot of work!! And was only installed a few years ago, As you can see by the condition.
This is now looking for a new home and would be ideal for an area up to 50 M2 floor area. The system will compris eof the following items. 1 x Mitsubishi PUHZ-P100VHA4 Outdoor unit (2016.09 Year) 230v. 1 x Mitsubishi PKA-RP100KAL indoor unit.
1 x Back plate to mount indoor unit. 1 x PAR-32 Indoor LCD wall mounted controller. It will need installing by a qualified Engineer and pipework will also be required (3/8 and 5/8) which i can supply as a kit (including interconnectiong cabe) if you wish. In a Brillant Condition but with a few tiny marks here and there, nothing dramatic!! The system is fine and works really well. The unit has the original factory charge of R410a inside it and the ends all sealed.(You can install pipework on these up to 30m without any additional gas charge) (will go to 70m run but additional gas needed). We can install this system if you need BUT only Locally (25 mile radius of Paddock Wood Kent) and the fitting will be extra at approx. (Or if we fit then it will be parts and labour for 1st year and parts only 2nd year). So grab yourself a bargain while i have this system available. (Also can provide brackets, pumps, cabling, insulation, trunking etc etc).
You are welcome to collect BUT a Van will be required, happy to help load this up.
